Teaching Model

We have “Hybrid Customized Interactive teaching model”. We believe that Education should be interactive, two-dimensional, personalized and should be tailored to every student.

All of our courses are “A blend of Online home classes & Classroom-coaching”. When we say Online, it means “Live Virtual Class”. We don’t offer recorded lectures or animations.

For Offline Classroom mode, we have collaborated with schools all over India. We utilize their classrooms in the evenings or weekends to conduct classes.

Individualized Learning v/s Herd Teaching

We believe that education should be individualized and it should not be what coaching centers do. Most of the educational companies practice “Herd Teaching” in which they make large batches to maximize their profits.

We specialize in a method of teaching in which content, instructional technology, and pace of learning are based upon the abilities and interests of each learner. We try to recognize the uniqueness of each learner and thus we provide adequate tutorial guidance, and other services to bring about a wholesome development in the person. All courses are designed to be a “One-on-One” teaching.

Admission Standard Operating Procedure

Every new student is mapped into a “Zero Group” for a week. Zero group is also called “Introductory Phase Group”. After a week, based on everyone’s performance in “Mapping Phase”, students are divided into five different IQ groups.

Our Internal Mapping System is a process to mark or rate students on the basis of their Intellect, Intelligence (IQ), Aptitude, Attitude, and Commitment.

Our Mapping system also helps us in making “Homogeneous Batches”. Similarly mapped students are grouped into the same batches.

Batch Selection Methodology

We follow a scientific selection process in batch-allocation. Batches are made based on the student’s “IQ Parameter Mapping”. Same mapped students are grouped into the same batch. In this way, we create homogenous groups in terms of Intellect, Intelligence (IQ), Aptitude, Attitude, and Commitment.
