Refund Policy

All fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes fees for courses offered under promotional discounts, which encompass all CAT, GMAT, and CUET Live Online Courses. Services within these courses, such as classes, counseling sessions, review sessions, and test invitations, are often provided at no additional cost.

Consumed and Offered Services

“Consumed Services” will not be refunded under any conditions. These include, but are not limited to, class invites, counseling sessions, test invites, payment commissions to banks and payment gateways, the MRP of books/ebooks, and consultancy fees. “Offered Services” such as class or session invites will only be exempted from being counted as consumed if the student notifies us at least 72 hours in advance in writing.

Course Structure and Free Services

Course fees are calculated based on the “Total Course Hours,” which includes structured class hours. For example:

• GMAT Classroom & Hybrid Model: ₹28,999, 82 hours
• GMAT Live Online Model: ₹18,999, 82 hours
• GMCAT Classroom & Hybrid Model: ₹34,999, 100 hours
• GMCAT Live Online Model: ₹24,999, 100 hours

Promotional discounts will not be considered when calculating consumed services. Extra class hours beyond the defined “Total Course Hours” fall under “Free Services.” These free services, such as extra classes, counseling, and interview preparation, are at the sole discretion of EduShastra and cannot be claimed as a right.

Course Completion

Completion of the full course is determined by either the conclusion of all phases (Mapping, Foundation, Testing & Control) or reaching the “Total Course Hours” threshold—whichever occurs first. The full GMAT course is completed after 82 hours and the GMCAT course after 100 hours.

Digital Products and Money-Back Promise

Digital products, including ebooks and software, are non-refundable. The “Money-Back Promise” applies only after the completion of all course phases, and subject to a management review process, which may take up to 45 working days. Requests for class video memberships will nullify any money-back requests.

Other Terms

• Class timings may be adjusted by 30-35 minutes due to external factors such as climate, law and order, or safety concerns.
• Course mode changes between online and offline formats are permitted within 14 days of course commencement.
• Legal or arbitration cases are to be addressed to the company’s registered office in Delhi and will fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.

   While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, EduShastra does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content provided through the app. All information is subject to change without prior notice, and users are encouraged to verify any critical details independently.
4. Limitation of Liability:
   EduShastra is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruptions to service. The app should not replace personal judgment, and you are responsible for any decisions made based on the information provided.
5. Third-Party Links:
   The app may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience, and EduShastra is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third-party sites.
6. Modifications to the App:
   EduShastra reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the app at any time, including but not limited to its content, features, or availability, without prior notice.
